We are so glad you have found our little cabin in the woods for your one of a kind spa experience. Read below to make the best out of your time with us!
Here is just a little information that may help you for you up coming visit.
We do ask that you please be patient although we are working very hard to get everything perfect we do have some "in progress" projects still happening.

Parking
You will pull straight down the long drive, keep going all the way back to the cabin. Please use the parking area in front of the spa. Pull straight up to the logs and park PARALLEL to the building. Be aware that the driveway and entry are freshly laid gravel can be uneven so take care as you walk. Park and come right in, leaving the hustle and bustle of the world behind and embrace the calm and quiet that is here at the edge of nature.
Arrival
New location, new experience. One of our dreams for Nature's Edge was not just to have a new beautiful location to receive the best spa services possible but also to provide an experience you won't find anywhere else.
-
We ask that you arrive early for your appointment 10-15 minutes is ideal 5 minutes is necessary to ensure you don't lose precious minutes of your service time. We cannot extend a service due to being late. Please to not come in earlier than 20 min prior to your treatment time.
-
Before you enter the space we ask that you, silence your mind, your voice and your phone or better yet leave it in the car and come on in! Please do NOT announce yourself when you come in as we try to keep a quiet and peaceful environment at all times. We know when you arrive and will be with you as soon as possible.
-
On the counter you will find the computer go ahead and complete the self check-in, help yourself to a beverage and a snack have a seat, enjoy the view and start to unwind. We have rotating options for beverages that may include fruit infused water, tea, coffee or even a glass of wine. We have light healthy snacks to help yourself to.
-
All that left to do is find a comfy spot on the couch, enjoy the view and wait for someone to come take you to your service. Once again we ask that you please quiet your voice, quiet your mind and silence your phone. This helps each person fully embrace the experience and not disrupt the vibe for all those who share this space.

PREPARING FOR INTEGRATIVE BODYWORK
Integrative Bodywork may feel different from a traditional massage. These sessions are generally performed fully clothed and may include conversation, movement observation, changes in position, assisted stretching, focused hands-on techniques and active participation.
Rather than remaining still throughout the appointment, you may be asked to move an arm or leg, try a simple movement or describe what you notice in your body. Your comfort and feedback help guide the session.
WHAT TO WEAR
Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that allows you to move freely and makes it easy for your therapist to observe how your body is moving.
Good options include:
-
Leggings, yoga pants or athletic shorts
-
A fitted T-shirt or tank top
-
A sports bra, if comfortable
-
Clean socks
Please avoid jeans, skirts, dresses, belts, bulky sweatshirts and loose clothing that restricts movement or makes it difficult to see body positioning.
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Come prepared to share what you are experiencing, which movements or activities bother you and what you would like to do more comfortably. You do not need to understand the cause—that is something we will explore together.
Every session is adapted to your comfort, needs and goals. You will never be expected to perform a movement that feels unsafe or causes pain.
