Service Description

Inspired by Earth and intentionally curated to gently guide us back to our innate connection to it, Ground is a 2.5-hour immersive journey that quiets the outside world and brings you back into your body. Your journey begins with a warm, custom-blended tea and grounding aromatherapy, setting an intention to slow down, settle in, and become present. A full-body dry brushing awakens the skin before warm, mineral-rich Dead Sea mud is smoothed over the body. You are then cocooned in warmth, allowing the richness of the earth to surround you as your body begins to soften and settle. While you rest within the wrap, grounding acupressure of the face and feet draws your awareness from head to toe. Warm towels envelop the face before a rich mud and charcoal masque is applied, inviting you even deeper into stillness. After a warm cleansing shower, your mind and body are ready to move into the bodywork portion of your journey. A 60-minute therapeutic massage uses slow, grounding techniques to help you settle more deeply into your body and the present moment. From the warmth of the mud and the earthy aromas to the weight of the wrap and the rhythm of the bodywork, each part of Ground is intentionally chosen to bring you closer to the Earth, your body, and yourself.
