The deep rest service was curated to disengage the nervous system and allow your body and mind the the time and space it needs to truly heal and rejuvenate. After an amazing massage have you ever just not wanted to move and fall asleep or take your time to get moving again? That is your body and mind telling you what it needs. Your opportunity is here to do just that. Our lives move so fast. Because if this we too often trigger our nervous system to be in high alert. A state that is necessary for survival in certain situations but that we as humans are not designed to stay in for long periods of time. The negative impacts on our bodies and lives that this can have are; Feeling tired all the time Weakened immune system High stress levels Shorter fuse than normal Difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep Weight gain Depression In this service we utilize, relaxing sounds, aroma therapy, sensory deprivation, heat and, slow rhythmic massage strokes to calm the nervous system. After your massage you will have time to either remain in the deep state of relaxation, to sleep, stretch or just relax for a while longer. You will receive a 90 min massage that utilizes essential oil, heat and sensory deprivation to completely allow your body and mind to enter a trance like state. Afterward you will be left to continue that state for an additional 25 min to sleep/rest and 5 min waking up period.
