This first gathering is intentionally simple—coffee, conversation, connection, and community.

Come meet fellow licensed massage therapists and hands-on professionals from around Southwest Ohio, share experiences, exchange ideas, and begin building a stronger professional community together.

We’ll start with a brief welcome and introduce the heart and vision behind Hands & Hearts Collective. From there, we’ll open up a conversation around building a career that works for you—from preventing burnout and creating longevity in the profession to growing your practice, navigating challenges, and finding the support you need along the way.

We’ll share a few things we’ve learned through our own careers, followed by an informal roundtable and open Q&A. But most importantly, we want to hear from you. What’s working? What’s challenging? What do you wish you had more support with? What kinds of education, resources, and opportunities would be most valuable to you?
